Totalling 3,200 square feet, this sumptuous royal suite, located at Place de la FA0, a Québec heritage site, occupies the entire top floor of a colossal building dating back to the 19th century, formerly known as the Bank of Commerce. It has four very luxurious bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and a vast marble or granite bathroom.
In the living area are two tables—one for 12 guests, one for 6—along with a kitchen island for demonstrations, equipped with sophisticated, ultra-high performance equipment. Six stools are arranged around the island, giving the suite unique potential for any type of reception. A second kitchen, for production, will enable your caterer to work out of view of your guests.
And last but not least, the panoramic terrace, measuring more than 2,000 square feet, offers a breathtaking view of Louise Basin and its marina, as well as Cap Diamant and its showpieces: the emblematic Château Frontenac and the Séminaire de Québec. The ideal location for your cocktail parties, happy hour gatherings and outdoor barbecues, the suite can comfortably accommodate some 50 guests.
Note that the suite has a separate entrance for the domestic help.
